Nollywood star Bolanle Ninolowo has finally put to bed speculations around his marital status, disclosing that he is divorced and proud of it.
The actor, who made the disclosure in a reaction to a viral post from a woman who claimed he had only fought to save his marriage after cheating, shared that his marriage ended in September 2023.
The social media user alleged that Ninolowo neglected his wife and made her endure years of pain before his decision to turn a new leaf.
Calling the allegations false, the thespian said the post was a deliberate attempt to twist the truth.
“Been separated & divorced since September 2023 and proudly bold of it. Hoping this my response for the first time ever will enlighten you. Sick, bitter and empty ass woman,” Ninolowo said.
The celebrity further cautioned those spreading false stories about him to keep his name out of their discussions, noting that he is proud of his decision and has moved on.
