CDS Musa emphasized the military’s commitment to restoring peace in the area. He announced plans to work closely with local law enforcement to tackle the root causes of unrest and prevent future incidents. This collaboration will improve intelligence gathering and enhance response times.
Musa urged citizens to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activities. He reassured the public that the military is dedicated to protecting lives and property while actively ensuring safety in Edo State.
He also called for unity among community leaders, local governments, and security agencies to foster a peaceful environment. The CDS stressed that violence is not a solution and encouraged dialogue to resolve conflicts.
