By John Ogunsemore

European champions Paris Saint-Germain put up a dominant performance to crush Real Madrid 4-0 in the Club World Cup second semifinal clash on Wednesday.

Fabian Ruiz put Luis Enrique’s side ahead in the sixth minute at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey before Ousmane Dembele doubled the lead three minutes later.

Ruiz was the hero again with a 24th-minute strike that sealed an emphatic first half win for the Parisiens.

Real Madrid displayed flashes of brilliance in the second half but fell short of rattling the disciplined and impressively mobile PSG.

Gonçalo Ramos slotted home from point-black range three minutes from time after a brilliant setup from Bradley Barcola to finish off the game.
