Willian Estevao, a Chelsea teenager, set a new Premier League record after featuring in a 5-1 victory over West Ham on Friday.
Estevao was called into the starting lineup after Cole Palmer pulled up during the warm-up.
The 18-year-old then became the youngest player in the Blues’ history to provide an assist.
Estêvão assisted Enzo Fernandez to score Chelsea’s third goal in the first half of the encounter.
In the sixth minute, Lucas Paqueta scored a spectacular long-range strike to put the Hammers ahead.
However, Joao Pedro equalised for Chelsea in the 15th minute, before Pedro Neto and Fernandez both struck from close range to lead 3-1 at the interval.
Chelsea then scored twice from corners early in the second half, thanks to Moises Caicedo and Trevoh Chalobah.
