A man, Eze Amadi is in police custody in Ondo State after allegedly killing his neighbour’s 28-year-old son, Ifeanyi Otu, wrapping the body in foam and dumping it inside a water drum.
The incident occurred in Kajola, Odigbo Local Government Area of the state on Monday.
The victim’s father, Mr Michael Otu, and the suspect were said to reside in the same neighbourhood in the community.

Amadi allegedly tortured the victim to death before concealing his body inside a water drum to be disposed of at night, News Agency of Nigeria reports.
Some vigilant residents of the community reportedly caught the suspect while attempting to dispose of the corpse using a motorcycle.
It was learnt that the incident threw the community into mourning and confusion as residents questioned the reason behind the killing.
Meanwhile, Ondo State Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), DSP Olayinka Ayanlade confirmed the suspect’s arrest.
The Ondo police command spokesman said investigation was ongoing to unravel the circumstances surrounding the killing, adding that the suspect would be charged to court after investigation.
