The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Cross River State has granted Governor Bassey Otu and his deputy, Mr. Peter Odey, automatic tickets for the 2027 general elections.
Party Chairman Mr. Alphonsus Eba made this announcement during a meeting at the APC Secretariat in Calabar. He emphasized that the endorsement follows the principle of continuity, saying, “Nobody changes a winning team.”
Eba clarified that only the governor and his deputy received automatic tickets. He urged other party members running for political positions to seek support from their constituencies.
The endorsement reflects the party’s commitment to maintaining strong leadership and continued development in the state.
