PWAN Group, a real estate development and network marketing firm, has urged clients facing any challenges, especially with land or plot allocation, to contact the company directly for swift resolution.

The appeal was made by the Acting Group Managing Director, Prof. Julius Oyedemi, while addressing journalists in Lagos in response to growing concerns from some clients over delays in plot allocation.

“We are fully committed to promptly resolving any challenges or complaints our esteemed clients may have,” Prof. Oyedemi assured. “Any of our clients experiencing issues should feel free to contact the office of the Acting Group Managing Director directly for immediate attention.”

To speed up the resolution process, he encouraged clients to send their complaints directly to his office via email.

Prof. Oyedemi acknowledged that while PWAN Group has successfully served over 300,000 clients, fewer than 20% have experienced allocation delays, issues he said stem from operational challenges that the company is working hard to fix.

“As with any large-scale operation, we face some hurdles,” he explained. “But rest assured, we are optimising our processes. Our affiliate companies are actively allocating plots, and our teams are working tirelessly to ensure all outstanding issues are resolved in record time.”

He reaffirmed PWAN Group’s commitment to transparency, accountability, and lawful business practices, noting that the company’s network of over 63 affiliate companies remains focused on delivering top-tier service and customer satisfaction.

PWAN Group is widely known for its innovative real estate offerings and large team of independent realtors, and has continued to build a strong reputation in Nigeria’s property sector. With this renewed push for client engagement and faster resolutions, the company says it is determined to restore and strengthen customer confidence.
